My approach is built on a structured Decision Quality method: framing the real problem, generating genuine alternatives, weighing trade-offs honestly, and committing with confidence. I work hands-on with leadership teams, then equip them to apply the method themselves. I've built this thinking into DQ CoPilot, an AI-enabled decision tool that scaffolds a team's reasoning rather than replacing it—now ready for pilot.

The method is grounded in research. I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration in generative AI and executive decision-making (Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh) and an MBA from Chicago Booth, and I continue to research human–AI decision-making with academic collaborators, with recent work published in the ECIS 2026 proceedings.
